I have a son, he's 4 years old. He knows mommy has a baby in her belly but I'm feeling guilty. I've been having constant nausea and sickness all day and night. I haven't been able to cook as much or play like I usually do, and all I can tell him is that mommy doesn't feel good. I don't want to tell him it's because of the baby, because I don't want him to have negative feelings about it. I just don't know how to deal with it or what to tell him. Does anyone have any advice or are in a similar situation?
