I'm about 5 to 6 weeks along. And my symptoms just come and go. Sometimes I get them full throttle and sometimes it's absolutely nothing like I'm not even pregnant. Idk if I should be worried but I am. But my breasts are extra sore today. Like they're not just sore to touch I can be doing absolutely nothing and feel them pulsating ! I haven't even got sick yet. Sometimes I get the urge to gag but I haven't puked or anything.
