Cervial position

MY cervical position feels the same all the time. I don't know if it is high, medium, or low. My best guess is if i have sex we try deep if we can i assume high if lil pain i assume medium if it is painful i assume low.

But then its like medium firm or soft then the next option is medium, soft or open. I dont understand arent they the same thing.
