You should. I self harmed for many years, plenty of times passing out from blood loss. I met my boyfriend and he helped me get through it and stop cutting. it's been 2 1/2 years now since I haven't cut and I'm still thankful for how much he helped me along the way. My forearm looks like it went through a meat grinder, it's not worth keeping it quite.. seek help. That kind of help is better than landing yourself in a mental hospital, I should know. That is the worst kind of help and it only makes everything worse.

It’s a tough call. But it’s an answer that only you know
But you can have some hearts and cookies. Depression and anxiety or any other reason you are self harming 
. That syuff is tough, I’m going through something similar xx you deserve hearts and cookies
