What helps HEART BURN ?!

I havent had bad heart burn none my whole pregnancy but these past fee days its been BAD. What can help???

The only thing to ever work for me is chocolate milk (it has to be chocolate) and milk shakes. And o can't eat or drink anything after I drink the milk shakes or the milk. I hope this works. And try not to lay down completely flat. It makes it worse!!!!

I ate tums like candy while I was pregnant tho it didn't help much.  my doc said prevacid would work but before I could try I went into labor...

a teaspoon of baking soda dissiolved in a cup of water. After you drink it, it makes you burp but amazingly doesnt burn

I ate tums like candy and watched what I ate. Anything tomato based was instant acid for me.
