Pain after sex

Right I don't need to go into graphic detail, but yesterday after me an my partner had sex, as soon as he pulled out I got a horrific stomach pain! It was so intense I Immedently started crying I could not move, stand up even breathing to deeply caused horrible pain! This lasted about an hour or so an finally settles down I still get a nasty pain if I sneeze or cough. Anyone ever exspect inches this a I'm  slightly worried!!
