POTS?

Anyone else diagnosed with pregnancy induced pots?? Would like to know if anyone got better over time. It's been almost 6 months since I had my baby and it still hasn't gone away and I really don't want to take the meds they prescribed me😭😭

I have had POTS forever and yes take your medicine, drink lots of water, increase your salt intake as that retains your water (says my heart doctor). My blood pressure drops to 40/10 when I pass out. Just keep following dr orders a pray pray it goes away.

i’ve had POTS as long as i can remember. all i can recommend is take the medication, do what your doctors tell you. i’ve passed out so many times because of it. my blood pressure has always been super low but now that i am pregnant it is worse. it was 52/25 the other day. i would definitely listen to the doctors though /:

I have/had POTS too, although it wasn't pregnancy induced. Exercising helped me. Start off slow. Do not overdo it!
