Help me! Advice with a sick daughter

My 6month old has been pretty sick today. I think something is going around, i know two other girls that are in the hospital with their babies cuz they’re sick too. I started my externship for school & although I’m allowed to go whenever I’m not sure if i will be able to make it in tomorrow if she gets worse. Do you think they will understand ?
