First cycle after miscarriage (TMI?)

At 4:43 this morning i got my first period after my miscarriage from last month. I went to use the bathroom and boom I wiped and saw blood. The thing is, it came out of no where. I didn’t have my usual PMS symptoms. No sore breast, cramps or anything. But as soon as I went to lay back down the cramps came immediately. Did anyone else have a weird periods after their miscarriage?

UPDATE: The bleeding has stopped, completely I haven’t bled since about 7:30 this morning. It’s weird, I’m concerned that something could be wrong? Is it normal to bleed 2 hours, to very light barely spotting and then just stop?
