What’s the best way for a newbie to get into exercise while pregnant?

So I’m 16 weeks along with number 4. I really want to get into exercise and eating clean. I’ve put on roughly 80lbs over the years and I’m sick of it. I’m having constant back pain now that I’m pregnant and I’m positive it’s from the extra weight and not baby. What’s the best way for me to get started? I already want to start walking but what else can I get in to? Can I use small hand weights (3-5lbs)? I’m just looking for advice for the best way to break into this so I can start the process of getting healthy.
