“Taking it easy” exercise advice
Before I was pregnant, I exercised 5-6 days a week. I’m now 7 weeks pregnant. I’ve had some minor concerns early in my pregnancy, and the doctor has advised that I take it easy. They now even think I should skip a 20 minute walk I do on my commute and take the train instead.
Anyone have advice on “taking it easy” types of exercising? I think lazing around is making me feel gross plus I’m losing muscle. My baby comes first right now, but if anyone has some ideas that would be great!
