Epsom salts safe to use?

Has anyone used epsom salts during pregnancy? A quick Google search seems to bring up positive things but wondering if anyone has discussed it with doctor etc, are they safe to use? I'm 40+2 and aching like mad!

I've used it in a warm bath,  no issues

I used it and it helped a lot with aching. I’ve never heard anything bad about it while pregnant.
