Help!! Implant made me gain 25lbs
I’m on the implant currently for the past 2 1/2 months and I went from 170 before any bc to now almost 200lbs. I want to keep my weight down but I’ve always felt it impossible while on hormonal birth control. PLEASE HELP! Yummy healthy food suggestions would be great too😋
