Fat —> muscle
Does anyone have any specific workouts or exercises that focus on burning fat/turning fat into muscle? I’ve gotten really out of shape and I want my toned body back. However I am a LOT less active (went to college and no longer have extracurricular activities to keep me active every single day🤷🏼♀️). I try to workout pretty much every day. I am not a fan of big gyms or anything so I typically just do at home workouts in my dorm.
