On Wednesday I had my first T shot! It was so exciting, I've been waiting for years. Then aunt flow started later that night. It was weird going from super confident and excited about being masculine to my body reminding me what kind of anatomy I have.

Hoping this is my last cycle, and that if it's not the final few will be lighter and more tolerable.

I also want to add that I do have more energy than I usually do this time of month! I'm not completely fatigued to the point where I can't do anything like I usually would be at the beginning of my cycle. Definitely think that's the T starting.

And one last thing - if you hate buying products for that time of the month because dysphoria and you have the extra money, amazon prime now (their 2 hour delivery service) has tampons and pads!

I didn't want to go to the store and buy any today but I needed to. So I had them delivered to me, they left them on my porch and no one had to see me carrying them! Just something to consider if that's an option for you!
