No LH surge

Hi ladies! I’m worrying a little bit! I was on the pill for years then I didn’t start taking it at the start of my current cycle as we decided we want to try for a baby! So far I’ve had no LH surges although the symptoms of my fertile window I.e sore breasts have been happening. The sexual health clinic said that my fertility should just shoot back up the moment I stop the pill so I’m a little worried that I’m now Day 16 into my 28 day cycle and still not having any surges ☹️ has anyone else had the same problems?
