Has anyone tried Vitex(Chasteberry) for shrinking their fibroids?

Hello everyone! I have been advise by my gynae to go for a surgery to remove my fibroid. It has grown in size since 3months ago to 6.2cm 
I am trying my best to avoid surgery due to risk of complications. 
Please share your experience if any of you have tried taking Vitex(Chasteberry) for your fibroids or to conceive.

I’m taking vitex to help me conceive and to lengthen my cycle. First month I took it my cycle went from 33 days to 28 days ovulating on day 14. I think it’s chilled me out more and PMT is a lot less! I’m taking 2 x 400mg tablets a day
