Ovulating?

Hi everyone! I am new to the group. I suffered a miscarriage at 10 weeks 5 weeks ago due to triploidy, a rare chromosomal issue where there are double the chromosomes. I had a D&C; the following day.

Now that the dust has settled and we feel like we have begun the healing process, we are ready to try again. My reproductive endocrinologist said I can come in to induce ovulation along with timed intercourse when I get my period as I have PCOS and don't Ovulate on my own.

I have been tracking with opk's just to see where I am in my cycle and to see if I would ovulate on my own. I took this test this morning and I'm not sure if this is positive for the LH surge. I also took one yesterday morning and I got the :-) using a different brand and then a negative last night so I'm confused.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
