Spotting
I'm 28 weeks and on Tuesday I had some spotting on my underwear about the size of a nickel. The rest of the day whenever I'd pee and wipe blood would be mixed with my pee but only when I wiped this continued into Wednesday morning. Since Tuesday I literally feel like my vagina is swollen if I just sit up I feel like it's really sore. I haven't had sex in awhile so it's not that, anyone know why it could be ?
