Gestational diabetes

Who has delt with gestational diabetes? I was due to test early because of my BMI, found out my levels are high. I need to go back for the dreaded 3 hour test.. I’m slightly freaking out because I’m not sure what I have to do.. I know I’m going to have to change my diet. But that’s about it..

I’m just wondering if any of you ladies delt with this, and what you did in your diet change? Any good websites I can go on for tips and meal ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
