I’ve done them throughout my life. 
Haven’t peed myself yet during my pregnancy.

Honestly ladies I wish I did more of them. I had a horrible birth and my muscles are shot. I have to see a pelvic floor specialist and can’t even sneeze or jump without weeing a little and that’s 4 months on.

I don’t do them as often as I should because to be honest I completely forget in all the hustle and bustle of my kids and pregnancy issues and now my husband’s seizures came back...I just forget. But yes they do make an impact when done correctly and if you continue to do them.
