So my SO says he doesn't want me breast feeding. When I tell him its not his decision to make he gets defensive and says he's the father. I told him all the benefits of breastfeeding and he just gets mad because "I believe everything I read on the internet" and says doctors only reccomend it because breast feeding appointments make them money. I'm just dissapointed. I told him I'd only breastfeed for a few months and it still seems to upset him. His only argument seems to be that "formula is just as good." Which I'm not hating on formula but the advantages of breast feeding is not something I wanna pass up. :/ Does anyone have any idea as to why he'd be so against it?
