Cm question

I've only noticed the cm once haven't seen it since why is this ?? Nice days before expected period I ha light bleeding for two days and it was hardly anything not normal so tested few days after af was ment to happen negative test for the last week I have felt sick been heaving to be sick but feels like there's not enuff to be sick haven't been eating as much as normall what is this and should I test again
