When to have sex?

How many days before ovulating do you and your partner have sex? How many times do you do it each day? What are the odds? Will having sex every other day be better? Success stories with sex during ovulation time? Thank you! ❤😘

We typically have sex every second day from around day 7-9 in my cycle to the day after I get my positive opk ( usually around day 16-17)

With my daughter we had sex every other day once a day during my fertile week, I was tracking my BBT but that was it. Conceived the second month. With my son couldn’t tell you I had a hiccup and I ovulated later than usual so he was accidental. It is recommended to have sex every other day just because it allows his sperm count to build up. This month we had sex once in the morning and at night day before ovulation, I ovulated this morning around 11am and we had sex this afternoon since figured it couldn’t hurt, but we were not planning to try this month was going to wait till January so I don’t have my hopes up but, I am in my 2w so can’t offer an success stories with this go around.
