Rash under breast?

I was itching under my right breast today and just saw now that it’s red? Is this something I should be concerned about? It doesn’t hurt just itch

I've had something similar, make sure you're washing your bras often, could also be heat rash!

Try using a gentle sulfate free gel or foam cleanser. You can use an exfoliating product however I’d recommend a chemical AHA cleanser as these are very gentle on the skin. You should apply a moisturiser at least once or twice daily. If you go to the pharmacy, you will be able to buy creams that give relief of itching and redness. Keep the area moist to assist in cellular repair. It’s best to avoid tight clothing which will run the area and produce more irritation. Avoid using laundry detergent with fragrance for your undergarments as fragrance is known to increase skin sensitivity and cause irritation.
