No, she doesn’t get any form of sugar... to me jam is the same as giving icing... there’s no health benefits it’s just a sweetener. I’d go for natural peanut butter over jam personally.

I give my daughter basically anything I eat UNLESS it’s candy, cake, etc. Or if it is an obvious  choking hazards such as peanuts or popcorn , or if it contains honey.
