is this considered child neglect?**UPDATE2**
**update 2** this is after one day of cream twice a day. the same stuff ive showed her that works on both the boys. dont tell mw it isnt laziness on her part. it take 2 minutes to rub it on him. i will update with more photos tomorrow **UPDATE** i apoligize to everyone. i should have given you all a better understanding of the situation and what kind of parent she is. i cant assume you all know everything weve gone through. we have been making a file against her to take her to court, including an incident over the summer when she left him alone while she went to shower. she didnt even put him in am enclosed area with a babygate. he then pulled a coffee pot off the counter that cut his face open. and i thank god the coffee wasnt hot at that point. she even stupidly admitted what she had done and sent us pictures of his cut open face. theres alot more incidents but i dont want to list them all. we are building evidence for court. but thank you for the comments !! we got my stepson last night. when we got home and started to change him we noticed huge patches of eczema that were cracked with dry blood. the pictures don't even show how awful it looks. my biological son has eczema. its even worse than my stepsons. but i put cream on it and its fine. same with my stepson. everytime he comes he has these big patches of eczema but ive never seen them this bad. when hes at our house as long as i put cream on it his eczema will disappear in 2 days. i even talked to her about it amd showed her what i use. she used it for awhile and now she won't because shes lazy. i literally started crying when i saw this because he was telling us "ow" and pointing at his legs. he was also walking funny because you could tell it was painful. his nails are also never cut when we get him. i am really upset over seeing him in this condition. im taking photos while we have him of me treating the eczema and how fast it goes away when you treat it. she has no job, shes going to the bar and concerts all the time but asks my husband for more moneu because she has none supposedly. she also never told my husband that she got a babysitter off the internet that she leaves their son with often so she can go out. my husband had no idea, and he likes to know who is caring for their son. anyhow i am going to post the photos and i will update as i treat it so you can see all it takes is a couple minutes a day for a few days.
