Endometriosis and baby movement

Hi there! I'm currently 17 weeks and 2 days along in my pregnancy. I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 16 and had surgery for it when I was 18. When I feel the baby move it usually causes a slight pain also, nothing extreme just a bit of discomfort. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it was normal? Btw I'm 23 and this is my first pregnancy.
