Anyone see anything...or am I just wishful thinking?!

Hi all... my DH and I have been TTC for 3 months now (I know it's not a long time). I received a positive OPK and we BD'd 4 times in my window. I am DPO9. I tested this morning and then this afternoon...I swear I see something... what do you think?!
