at what point of your pregnancy did you start gaining weight?

How did you ladies not gain until the third trimester??? Someone didn't give me the secret. I'm 12 weeks and already gained 10 pounds!! It's insane. The hunger I felt the first 8 weeks was through the roof and my nausea wouldn't let me eat meat and veggies. I had a huge aversion so I was eating some form of dessert (a lot of waffles) for breakfast lunch and dinner. Horrible, I know, but it's what I could handle. I'm just starting to be able to eat better. I still get very nauseas with veggies and meat, but I can keep it down. With my first baby I gained 5 lbs in the first trimester, 20 in the second and 10 in the third.

I gained most of my weight once I hit 34 weeks or so. I started out at 125 I'm now 155 at 37 weeks

After 35 weeks. I gained a total of 11lbs

Wow... you ladies are making me feel awful 😓😕😳, haha.

By the end of my first trimester I had already gained 2 lbs. I'm just about 31 weeks now and have gained 20lbs.  (Pre-pregnancy I was 130, 5'9"). Doctors said I would gain 25-30lbs... i was hoping to only gain 20-25, but looks like I'll be closer to a 30 lb weight gain. As of my last ultrasound, the baby was measuring big.  Just for reference, that's 6 weeks versus 29 weeks

3rd trimester. I'm 33 weeks and have gained 4-5 lbs which is about how big babygirl is at the moment.
