borderline high blood pressure

I went to my last check up on Wednesday and now I'm starting to freak out. I'm 17+4 weeks and 35 yrs old. Anyway they are now concerned that my blood pressure is higher than it should be. I've never had high blood pressure but it runs in my family. So now I feel like it's even higher than before because I'm stressing about it being possibility high.... And I'm hormonal as hell... I just want to cry and I hardly ever cry...
