Scared to labor at home

I'm 24 weeks tomorrow and only 3.5 months away from giving birth. I'm already nervous about labor. I feel like I wouldn't be able to not push if I felt like I needed to. I'm scared to labor at home. I live half an hour away from the hospital. Can I voice this concern to my OBGYN? Can I talk to him about laboring at the hospital if I felt more comfortable with it? I'm a first time mom so I don't know what you're allowed to do when it comes time to go into labor. I want to hopefully naturally go into labor, so I know he'll recommend having sex that night. My boyfriends aunt went to the same OBGYN and she said that's what he told her to do. I'm just scared that I'll go into labor at home😂😩 or would it be smarter to ask about going to the hospital whenever I started to feel uncomfortable during labor? Any advice helps 😩😂
