I️ wanted to pose a question to the group and get OPINIONS. Obviously I️ won’t do anything with this info, just sheer curiosity.

I️ think “something is in the water of my workplace..” or rather.... NOT in the water. Many of the women in my dept are unable to conceive.

Some background of the women in my dept:

-30 year old TTC 2+ years, was getting help from fertility specialist. Got new job and conceived 2 mos later

-32 year old TTC for 2+ years and sees a specialist, still not pregnant

-31 year old TTC 1.5 years, sees a specialist, still not pregnant

-29 year old, TTC 2+ years, one miscarriage, got a new job and still not pregnant.

-31 year old, ectopic pregnancy, one successful pregnancy

-31 year old, TTC 6 months, miscarried this month

- 29 year old, TTC 2 years, conceived 3 months after getting new job

Besides the above women, there are two more who are not TTC.

I’ve always considered the job stressful but I️ didn’t think it was bad enough to cause fertility issues. My husband and I️ are going to start trying soon, I’m seriously considering getting a new, less stressful job as I️ barely like the one I’m currently in.

Has anyone experienced something similar with their group of friends or co workers? Or is this normal for so many women to have these issues?
