Cold sore or Infected from Biting?

She has never been kissed on the lips and did not have this until just a few hours ago could it be that she just bit her lip and it got infected or does this look like a cold sore? And if it is a cold sore how can I keep her from putting her hand on her eyes she does it a lot.

To me it looks like she smashed her lip on her tooth and it became infected. I only say that because there’s a hole, and it’s not a mound of a sore.

I took her to urgent care and they told me it was hands, feet, mouth virus she is better now thanks for responding.

I get cold sores and to me that does not look like one. It looks more like Baby smashed their lip somehow or bit it
