Help please😩

So I'm 9 weeks and 2 days, morning sickness started at 5 weeks but now it's gotten extremely bad, I can't drink or eat anything. I've been prescribed anti sickness but it's not working and I can't even take my vitamins without it coming straight back up😩 should I go to the hospital?!

I can't even drink water without being sick:(
