Pregnant but cramping

Just found out I’m pregnant! Yay! It will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I have had constant mild cramping though. I miscarried 2 months ago (5 weeks). Just wondering if mild cramping has been part of your first weeks of pregnancy?? Also I had a csection with my first baby so wondering if everything is going to feel different this time around?
