How long?

How long did it take you to tell ur hubs/boyfriend/lover that you were expecting? 
I am 4 weeks pregnant and we have been ttc but I want to announce it to him a special way. Any ideas and how long did you wait?

I didn’t, I told him literally after the test came up positive.

I always wanted to make it special! With out first he was at work. We had a house full of roommates who found out first with the excited screams. I️ called my husband and asked him to bring me pepto on his break. I️ his a test under my shirt so when you rubbed my stomach he found it.  Doesn’t sound very romantic but in that moment it was so special. With out second he was teasing me about how many tests I️ was taking. It turned into a bet on who was right so there was not much surprise. Even after I️ had two clear lines he denied it until my ultrasound. He was scared to be disappointed. Make it easy on yourself so there is no stress on plans :) I’m excited to see the ideas!

Answer

The day I got a positive, he figured I was before I think tested with both pregnancies.
