Due date issues ladies

I am trying to figure out when I became pregnant. I had sex the 12th of November and my last cycle was from the 20-25 of October. I have been getting BFPs for 4 days now. Is this possible ladies?!! I am racking my brain! Or am I further than I thought? I bled with my last pregnancy but not full blown period bleeding.
