Good Age For Sex?

Question

I know the legal age for it is 18 but i don’t think people wait that long, do they? And if you don’t when is the good age to lose it? I have a friend who already lost hers (13) but I think that’s way to young, and I’m just curious. I’m not planning on having sex or anything, just wondering.

If you’re ready to accept a pregnancy if it happens then you’re ready to have sex. On the flip side would you be willing to have an abortion if you chose to in the case you got pregnant? 
Are you regularly visiting a gynecologist and getting tested for std’s? Are you on birth control and using protection? Are you emotionally ready for it? There’s a lot of questions you have to ask yourself

The truth is you have to question yourself if you are ready. And if who you have chosen to have sex with is the ideal partner. Don't just have sex because you wonder how it feels or because everyone else is. But do it because you have found some type of special bond with that other person. And yes realize that you could end up pregnant if you do it without protection and that if you do and decide to get an abortion that's a decision you will always have to live with that never goes away.  
No one can keep you from having sex just realize that if you do it please be safe about it. 
Age is just a number I lost mine at 14 with my high school sweetheart that is now my husband.

The legal age of consent varies depending on what state you live in. Where i am, its 16. Once youre both 16 or older you can legally consent to sex or not. But if youre not mature enough to use condoms or start birth control because youre doing it in secret. I would definitely wait

im fifteen and i haven’t lost my virginity and all or most of my friends have they say you do it (have sex) when ur comfortable and ready if ur not dont do it cause you will regret it and that is why im waitinggggg for the right person :)

I agree that 13 is too young. I mean boys have hardly hit puberty at that age so shy should girls start having sex then. I was 15 and was with someone whom i really trusted and knew well. It has nothing to do with if you are ready to raise a child or not. It is about you being responsible for your own body and have respect for it as well. Using condoms and birth control is very important. If you are to shy to buy those, you are not mentally ready.
