No period but negative test results

Ok so my husband and I have been TTC for about six months now. All of my yearly blood work and Pap smear has came back all normal, that was all taken around two months ago. This is the first time I’ve been this late, if I’m ever late it’s by three days maximum but I’m usually always on time, but I’m two weeks late now. Within the past week and half I’ve taken four tests and all have came back negative. I went in Monday to get a blood test done and it was negative as well. My husband is freaking out since all of that has came back negative and the past few days has been trying to take me to the hospital because I’ve been nauseous on and off for about a week now, actually threw up a little at work a few days ago, and my boobs have gotten bigger and more sensitive and according to him heavier. Has anyone ever gone through anything like this? What should we do? I finally have him calmed down by telling him I’m calling the appointment line to get a doctors appointment set up Monday but should I wait or go ahead and make an appointment?
