Okay. My baby is 14 months. I nurse him once at night still, for comfort purposes. I have not ever taken an energy shot while breast feeding, but I need some major energy. I have a billion things to do and I’m not ready to try ADD medication yet. It’s a long story. I want to try an energy shot. But I dont want my baby to get any. I know, I know, they’re bad for me. I get it. So please only comment if you know the answer to my question, not to judge me.

Question: If I took an energy shot at 7am, when is the next time I could feed my baby? Is 7pm enough time? 12 hours? I dont drink alcohol, so I don’t know how this all works.
