period pain.
okay so i’m on my last day of my period, and i was fine, no more cramps, no more blood, and then BAM a sudden flow and awful cramps and back pain. does that happen to anyone else? if so, what do you do to help it, because i’ve taken ibuprofen and used a heat pad and still no relief.
