It's doubtful a pregnancy that early would aggravate your sciatic nerve. I have sciatica every time I'm pregnant but it doesn't start until you start growing and it effects your alignment. If you missed your period, take a pregnancy test.

One of the symptoms for early pregnancy is back pain so it could be. I have a bulge disk and my sciatic nerve is pinched on and off. It usually hurts more when I get closer to my period. So I recommend just take a test if your period never comes.
