Ectopic or normal?

Hello ladies,
Long story short, my hcg has been doubling perfectly.. currently at 4,351.. no bleeding and very random mild cramps.. problem is I’ve had 2 vaginal US  and doctors said there was NO sign of pregnancy.. nothing visible in tubes for now.. everyone tells me with numbers like mine they should’ve at least seen a sac 😔. Can you ladies share your ectopic stories? Have any of you been through this?

I  was  5 weeks 2 days  and they couldn't find a sac as well.  I went in my 3rd ultrasound on that Wednesday nothing was found. I got home, took a nap woke up in excruciating pain. I went to er they didn't do anything since I had an U/S earlier that day.  they sent me home and I took Tylenol. Went to work on Friday couldn't work 2 hours the pain was back.  I was internally bleeding from rupture tube from ectopic. Emergency surgery immediately.

im not sure if this is even helpful but i have been closely monitored by a fertility specialist since the day i found out i was pregnant at about 6 weeks (previous miscarriages) and i cotinued with that doctor every week until i was 11 weeks and told to move on to my obg. baby was growing perfectly. well when i went to my first prenatal visit the doctor did a sono and told me he seen no sign of pregnancy. i left that office devastated and in tears but i didnt feel in my heart baby was gone. so i paid for a private scan and again i was told no baby! finally another tech came in to make sure the scan was done properly and BAM! there was a 11week 5 day baby playing away 😁 they explained that the baby was to the far left and what they thought was an empty uterus was actually my bladder.

I understand how scary this can be, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. 
I went in due to brown spotting. I got my first ultrasound at 6 weeks with nothing to be found. They thought that maybe it was just too early but blood results after showed my hcg at 12,000+. Went back in one week later and hey still couldn’t find anything. Had my blood drawn 3 days later and hcg only went up to 13,900 so they said it wasn’t viable. They ended up drawing a conclusion that I had an ectopic in one of my tubes and my body pushed it out the other end of the Fallopian tube and my body absorbed it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We never had any hard evidence but I did start bleeding and cramping heavily so miscarried naturally about 5 days after the second ultrasound.

At 5/6 weeks, they saw a sac, but no yolk. They didn’t see anything in the tubes either at that time. They thought it was just super early, so had me come back in a week. The sac had grown, but still no yolk. That’s when they found a heartbeat near my ovary. I was 7+4 at that time and was rushed in for surgery. Keep your fingers crossed and keep asking for regular ultrasounds. And if you have any pain, immediately go to an ER.

How far along are you? Typically nothing can be seen until 5 or 6 weeks.
