My baby is about to turn 3 months and he doesn’t smile, doesn’t coo or make baby noises, and does not make eye contact beyond 3 seconds.

I’ve read that smiling can come later on but I haven’t been able to find a article where a baby doesn’t interact at all.

I’m a stay at home mom and I do as much as I can to try to get his attention; sing, smile, talk to him all day and yet nada.

He has his checkup next week and I will obviously bring all of this up but has anyone been through this experience?

I know it’s way too early to think of autism but I read that these are some of the signs and once you read it online and its implanted in your head it doesn’t really go away.
