My son randomly got this rash about 5 mins ago. Should I be worried??

Did he ate something new? My baby got a rash like that for having egg. I would take him to a dr just to be safe!

It kind of looks like a spit rash. Hard to tell through picture just the way it is shaped in the side of mouth to neck area. 
Did you try anything new? (soap, lotion, detergent, food)
