Advice - Late Period?

Question

So, I'm having a late period (6 days) but I took a test and it showed negative. I used condoms the 2 times I've had sex so I don't think I'm pregnant. I've been careful. I'm having pms symptoms like my boobs hurt, minor cramps, headaches, and bloating but I'm still waiting on my period. Any advice or has this happened to anyone before?

This is happening to me rn but I was protected sex and my bf pulled out. I think you might be fine but maybe go on birthday control and try another test to be safe. Don’t stress because that’s why my period is late even tho I’m not pregnant. Stress delays our periods :/
