late period need advice on next step...

I usually get my period in the beginning of the month. I was supposed to get it a week ago and it is now my second week no period. i have the usaul PMS symptoms but ONE nipples are supper sore and sensitive! im too scared to take a pregnancy test. just wondering if anyone else felt this and if i really might be pregnant? 🤔😅😮
