My body hates me

TTC for 10 months and I’ve never had an issue with spotting prior to birth control. Since stopping, every single month i have it days before my period. When I finally concede that’s the new normal my body again says, “but wait, there’s more!” I’ve never had sore breasts leading up to my period so when it started this cycle I tried not to get my hopes up. Then my body says “sucker! You have sore boobs now too, but no you’re not pregnant”

My body is starting to anger me. I’m 29 and my body is acting like a 15 year old.
