Possible pregnancy? What’s going on? Please help!

I need some help - is something happening or are these symptoms in my head? According to this app I’m 5DPO today though it could be longer in reality. Last night I had pinching pains right down below, it felt like it was right inside. I’ve been SERIOUSLY tired despite having a fairly uneventful weekend. I’m feeling a weird pressure feeling around my tummy low down. I feel like I’m peeing a lot but that could be because I’ve stopped drinking alcohol and am drinking a lot more water.

Please help! Has anyone had similar symptoms and been pregnant? I’m trying not to get my hopes up and failing miserably!! 😂
